Marbofloxacin Ear Drops 10 ml Marbogen Complex

Every ml of the product contains: Marbofloxacin 2.041 mg, Gentamicin sulfate 2.044 mg, Ketoconazole 4.081 mg, Prednisolone 1.850 mg

THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS: Treatment of acute external otitis in dogs when an infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa or Staphylococcus pseudintermedius is established, and Malassezia pachydermatis sensitive to ketoconazole, as well as sensitivity tests due to the development of resistance, the application of marbofloxacin and gentamicin is considered necessary against the aforementioned bacteria.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
ADVERSE REACTIONS: Moderate erythematous lesions have been observed after application. The frequency of adverse reactions is very rare (less than 1 animal in 10,000 treated animals, including isolated reports). If you notice any side effects, including those not described in this leaflet, or

TYPES OF ANIMALS FOR WHICH THE VMP IS INTENDED: Dogs.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: For external use only. Application in the ears
The recommended dosage of the product for dogs is 5 drops (approx. 0.1 ml) in the ear canal twice a day for 7-14 days. Before applying the product, remove hair or dirt from the treated surface. Massage the base of the ear and try to prevent the dog from shaking its head for at least 6 minutes. Bacterial and fungal infections may require a different treatment schedule. After a 7-day treatment, the veterinarian should assess whether to extend the treatment for another week or continue treatment with another product containing a smaller number of active substances.
