Zoletil (Virbac) is a non-narcotic, non-barbiturate injectable anaesthetic combining tiletamine (dissociative anaesthetic) and zolazepam (benzodiazepine) for dogs and cats. Available as Zoletil 100 (100mg/ml reconstituted) and Zoletil 50 (50mg/ml reconstituted). Delivers surgical anaesthesia, muscle relaxation and analgesia for 20–60 minutes. Used as a sole anaesthetic or induction agent prior to inhalant anaesthesia.
