Dehinel Plus 10 Tablets

Composition

1 tablet contains: Febantel 150 mg, Pyrantel embonate 144 mg, Praziquantel 50 mg

 
Indications

Treatment of mixed infestations with ascarids, nematodes and cestodas in canine species:
 
Ascarids: Toxocara canis (in mature and immature stage of development) Toxocara Leonina (in mature and immature stage of development)
Nematode: Uncinaria Stenocephala (in mature and immature stage of development) Ancylostoma caninum (in mature and immature stage of development) Trichuris Vulpis (Mature forms)
Cestode: Echinococcus granulosus echinococcus multilocularis dipylidium caninum Taenia spp. multiceps multiceps Mesocestoides spp.
Posology and Administration mode:
 
The recommended dose per kg body weight is: 15mg Febantel, 14.4 mg of Pirantel embonate and 5 mg praziquantel, i.e. 1 tablet per 10 kg body weight.
 
The tablets are administered according to the body weight of the dog, after the following diagram:
 
Up to 5 kg – 1/2 tablet
 
Up to 10 kg – 1 tablet
 
Up to 15 kg – 1 + 1/2 tablet
 
Up to 20 kg-2 tablets
 
Up to 30 kg – 3 tablets
 
Up to 40 kg – 4 tablets
 
Up to 50 kg – 5 tablets
 
Up to 60 kg – 6 tablets
 
The tablets will be administered at the base of the dog tongue or placed in food. The drug is administered in the single dose. To ensure effective prophylaxis of parasitosis, it is recommended that the treatment be performed 3-4 times a year.
 
In case of severe infestation, the treatment will be repeated every 2 weeks.
