Vetmedin Chew 5mg contains pimobendan (5mg per scored, divisible chewable tablet) by Boehringer Ingelheim. Treats canine congestive heart failure from dilated cardiomyopathy or valve disease (MMVD/MVVD), and delays onset of heart failure in preclinical MMVD Stage B2 and preclinical DCM in Dobermans. 50 tablets = 25 days supply for a 20kg dog on standard dosing. Give 1 hour before food. Twice daily dosing.
