Isaderm 5mg + 1mg/g

Local treatment of superficial pyoderma in dogs, such as acute moist dermatitis (“hot spots”) and intertrigo (dermatitis in skin folds).

Each g of gel contains the active substances:
Fusidic acid 5 mg
Betamethasone (as valerate) 1 mg

For application onto the skin.
First, the hair covering the lesions should be carefully trimmed. Then, the affected area should be completely cleaned with an antiseptic wash before applying the gel. The applied amount should cover the affected area with a thin layer. Apply approximately 0.5 cm of the gel for 8 cm2 of lesion twice daily for at least 5 days. Treatment should continue for 48 hours after lesion resolution. The treatment period should not exceed 7 days. If there is no improvement or the condition worsens after a three-day period, the diagnosis should be re-evaluated.

Do not use for the treatment of deep pyoderma.
Do not use for pyotraumatic furunculosis and pyotraumatic folliculitis accompanied by lesions of papules or pustules.
Do not use in the presence of fungal or viral infections.
Do not apply to the eyes.
Do not use on large surfaces or for prolonged treatment.
Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to the active substances.
